Exhibitor Information

Becoming an exhibitor allows your company to showcase its products/services to the Grand River condominium industry, including professionals, condominium managers, boards of directors and owners.

  • Booth spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet and will be equipped with one 6 foot long skirted table and two chairs. 
  • Two company representatives can meet delegates at the trade show event, including the Wine & Cheese on Friday afternoon for condominium managers.
  • Listing and links on the mobile app.
  • Booths are $1500 plus HST and on a first-come, first-serve basis, please make sure to list your three booth choices.
  • Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $25 per person.

Exhibit hours are: 

  • Friday set up: Noon to 4pm
  • Friday, May 6, 2022 – 4 pm to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday, May 7, 2022 – 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

2022 Conference Exhibitors Booth Registration
Please register your tradeshow booth for our upcoming annual conference. The registration is 2 steps. Step 1: fill out the contact info for your booth, once you submit the form you will be directed to a page to pay for your booth. Step 2: pay for your booth. You will receive a copy of the information you submit in this form and you'll receive a receipt of the payment from Square.

Exhibit Booths: Each booth will be a standard 10×10 booth, with one 6 foot skirted table and two chairs. 

Assignment of space: Booths are assigned by the conference committee on a first-come-first-served basis. Location compatibility is at the direction of the exhibit manager. 

Installation: Start time to be determined, but all booths are to be set up by 4 pm on Friday, May 6, 2022

Dismantling: No display should be dismantled before the official closing time of 4:30 pm Saturday, May 7, 2022. All exhibits material must be packed and removed by 8:00 pm the same day. 

Location: Bingeman’s Conference Centre. 425 Bingeman’s Rd. Kitchener ON

Security: Will not be provided during non-exhibit hours. The room will be locked during non-show hours. 

Liability and Insurance: The exhibitor shall obtain and maintain at its own expense a comprehensive general liability and all risk property insurance acceptable to CCI-GRC for the period commencing on the first move-in date and termination on the last move-out date. The policy shall name CCI-GRC as loss insured and insure the exhibitor against all claims of any kind arising from or in any way connected with the exhibitor’s presence or operations at the trade show. The policy shall provide coverage per the CCI-GRC policy for each separate occurrence. At the request of CCI-GRC, the exhibitor shall provide CCI-GRC with a copy of such policy. 

Shipping and Storage: Materials cannot be shipped directly to Bingeman’s as there is no on-site storage. It’s the exhibitors’ responsibility to move all materials to the booth location before set up. 

Refund and Cancellations Policy: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (no exceptions) and sent to the CCI-GRC Conference Manager by April 15th, 2022. Cancellations received by 5 pm on April 15th, 2022, will be refunded 50% of the cost of the booth. Cancellations made after this date will receive no refund. 

Health & Safety: The Chapter takes the safety of its members seriously. As such, the Chapter will adhere to all requirements of governmental authorities, public health officials, and Bingeman’s that apply at the time of the conference, which may include face coverings, screening for entry, contact information for tracing purposes and proof of vaccination/exemption. All attendees will be expected to comply with applicable requirements.

While the Chapter is hopeful that we will host this event in person, restrictions in place due to COVID-19 may make this impossible or undesirable. As such, we cannot guarantee an in-person conference. The conference may be postponed or switched to a virtual event if necessary. In this case, sponsors, exhibitors, and registrants may request a refund or have an opportunity to participate in the virtual event.
