Celebrating Condominium Living in the Grand River Area Since 2017
The Canadian Condominium Institute was formed in 1982 as an independent, non-profit organization to encourage and promote a strong condominium marketplace.
The CCI-Grand River Chapter was formed in 2017 to support the emerging condominium market in Brant County, Wellington County, The City of Guelph and the Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
These locations originally fell under the Golden Horseshoe chapter, but it was clear, given the explosive condominium growth the area was experiencing, that the region required a local chapter to serve its needs.
Our Mission
At CCI-Grand River Chapter, our focus has always been to empower our members, including condominium unit owners, directors, professionals, and business partners, with expert support, guidance and education.
This includes providing training, seminars and workshops hosted by local Grand River professionals and industry experts. We’re also dedicated to championing our business partners within the community to help them build out their local business profile and gain invaluable industry recognition in the market.
