1-19 Units – Annual Membership Dues $95.00
20 – 49 Units – Annual Membership Dues $140.00
50 – 99 Units – Annual Membership Dues $210.00
100 -149 Units – Annual Membership Dues $250.00
150 + Units – Annual Membership Dues $290.00

Condominium Corporation Membership

Condominium Corporation Members have a substantial responsibility to govern and manage their Condo  Corporation properly and effectively. They are called upon each day to make prudent and effective business decisions that affect the lives of all residents in their Condo. Board Members need not feel they are alone.
