Are you a Condominium manager or board member looking for guidance when hiring a landscaping service provider?
This session will include what to consider when selecting a service provider, budget expectations, effective communication, board expectation vs owner vs contractor, managing snow and ice-slip and falls, and managing plant materials.
You will walk away with a better understanding of what to expect from your service provider and how to communicate with them effectively. Board members and condominium managers are encouraged to attend this session in person or virtually.

Greg has over 17 years of Landscape operations and account management experience in the municipal, commercial, and condominium markets across Canada. His extensive knowledge in both landscape maintenance and construction enables him to provide insight and assistance in navigating the seasonal landscaping challenges that condo boards and property managers deal with in the Kitchener/Waterloo region.
Michelle Dyer from Superb Property Maintenance
Michelle is the Operations Manager for Superb Group Inc. – a local, professional, full service grounds maintenance company specializing in condominiums, commercial and industrial properties.
A former condominium owner, board member, condominium manager and now contractor, Michelle has vast experience in the condominium world. Michelle is proud to be a part of the CCI Grand River Chapter Professional Partners and Communications committees and hosts the CCI Grand River Podcast. The podcast features guests/experts discussing topics that affect Condominium Owners, Boards of Directors, Property Managers and Contractors today.
Outside of work and the CCI, Michelle loves spending time with family/friends, enjoys travelling, attending concerts, golfing, bocce and all things chocolate, charcuterie and wine.
