Bill Ryan – R3 Integrators
Bill has worked in the security industry for over 32 years starting as a junior technician for a Toronto based company and then opening his own business in January 1999. In the early years, Bill was a contractor for ADT, which at the time was the largest security company in North America. Here he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the residential and the commercial security markets. He was the primary installer for such projects as Fortinos, Purolator and Canada Post. In 2009, Bill provided security systems for his first “new construction” condominium. Since then, Bill has been involved in over 80 newly constructed condos, providing such services as access control (fob), cameras, automatic door operators, intercoms and ULC fire monitoring systems. Today, Bill (via R3 Integrators) continues to offer installation and service to over 100 local condos. He also assists developers and builders to design the most suitable security systems for their new condo projects.
Mike Seager – Transforming & Maintaining beautiful Landscapes – Superb Group
With over two decades of dedication to the landscaping industry. What began as a young adult’s venture at a very young age has blossomed into a pioneering force.
For 15 years, Mike served as the Vice President of Operations of a prominent Ground Maintenance and Snow removal company, which was primarily focused on high liability commercial retail sites. Mike played a pivotal role in giving the company the reputation of being the “go to” company for high liability sites. It was here that Mike not only honed their leadership skills but also fostered a deep understanding of the industry landscape and client needs.
8 years ago Mike left to pursue his own endeavour and start Superb Property Maintenance. It was then he identified the market he wanted to service. Condominiums being the type of properties that would demand a high quality service was the market we wanted to be in.

Mark Raso, B.A. (Hons.), OLCM – Senior Condominium Manager – MF Property Management
Mark is a Senior Condominium Manager at MF Property Management Ltd. Prior to beginning a career in condominium management, Mark studied English Literature and Sociology at Carleton University, and completed post-graduate studies in International Marketing at Humber College. Mark joined the MF team in 2014, and over the last 10 years, has managed a variety of condominiums, from townhomes to high-rise buildings, and even vacant land condominiums. Mark resides in Guelph, and is proud to support the CCI GRC.
