Level 300 – Community and Compliance Webinar
March 26, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Every residential condominium corporation is a community of owners and occupants. Like any community, certain rules need to be followed to achieve a strong and happy community. Sometimes, enforcement of those rules becomes necessary in order to protect the health and safety of the community and the people who live and work in it. This course will discuss practical and legal considerations for achieving a smoothly-run community and the various options for when an owner or occupant does not comply and enforcement is required. Hear from a property manager, a lawyer, and a Board member about how to make your condominium community happy and healthy.
