Participants will gain an understanding of what a Reserve Fund Study is, and will have a better understanding of the Reserve Fund Study and Reserve Fund Plan processes.
Please note that while this course would usually be offered at a fee, that cost is being waived at this time due to Covid-19, as the online version will not be able to offer the roundtable discussion that would be done at the in-person course.

David Heska, P.Eng. is the Southwestern Ontario Director with WSP’s building
sciences team. He oversees the operation of the Kitchener, Hamilton and Windsor
offices and is an active member of CCI. David has worked on numerous reserve
fund studies as well as large garage repair, roof renewal and building restoration
Sean Wilde UE, RCM, CEO of Lee Management Solutions and CEO of Peak Property Management, has been in condominium property management business since 2002. His companies manage over 50 condominium properties in the Waterloo and surrounding Regions. He sits on both the ACMO and CCI-GRC boards. Sean chaired the Advanced Designation Committee of ACMO, currently serves as Secretary for that association and sits on the Executive Committee. He sits on the CCI-GRC Education Committee. He has presented at CCI events throughout Ontario and has a passion for education and training. Sean was one of six condominium managers in the province to be a member of the Subject Matters Expert Panel with the CMRAO, assisting this regulatory body in 2019 with developing professional competencies for condominium managers in Ontario.
Stephanie Sutherland is a condominium lawyer with Cohen Highley LLP, working with condominium corporations and unit owners to help them address day-to-day condominium governance matters and resolve disputes.
As an active member of the condominium community in Ontario, Stephanie is involved in the CCI Golden Horseshoe, Grand River, and London and Area Chapters, sitting on various CCI committees and on the CCI-GH Board. She is a frequent speaker at CCI events, and contributes articles to condominium publications including Condo News. Stephanie obtained her ACCI in 2015.
