Moderator - Brad Wells, RCM, RPA®, CMCA®, Wilson Blanchard Management
Brad is the President of Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc. working in the Toronto, Waterloo, and Hamilton offices. He has been managing condominium corporations and commercial properties since 2002, achieving the RCM designation from ACMO; the RPA® designation from BOMI; and the CMCA® designation from CAMICB. Brad is a member of the CMRAO Discipline and Discipline Appeals Committees. He has been a speaker at multiple CCI and ACMO events and courses and is an instructor for the ACMO RCM courses at Mohawk College. Brad is very involved in the condominium industry, participating as a Director on the Board of the CCI-Grand River Chapter and as Chair of the CCI-GRC Education Committee while being actively involved with training and mentoring new Property Managers entering the profession.
Jordan Swail, RJC Engineers

As a Project Engineer specializing in building science, Jordan frequently manages condominium projects. These include reserve fund studies, investigations, and remediation of building envelope systems (walls, windows, roofing), as well as the implementation of rehabilitation and preventative programs. Jordan has been the Project Engineer for several of RJC’s most significant projects and has gained valuable experience in a variety of sectors. His broad range of condominium experience includes design, contract administration, and construction administration for large capital repair and replacement projects. He is a member of the CCI Grand River Communications Committee and actively involved in CCI events. Jordan is a certified Building Science Specialist and Professional Engineer, registered to practice in Ontario
Robert Mullin, SV Law

Robert Mullin is a knowledge leader in Ontario condominium law, writing and speaking frequently on the subject. He regularly works with developers, property management firms, and condominium boards across Ontario. Robert is also a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute. In 2009, he was elected President of the Golden Horseshoe Chapter and is now a past president. Robert is also a founding board member of the new Grand River CCI Chapter. He is also a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (A.C.M.O.). In 2009 Robert has conferred an ACCI designation from the Canadian Condominium Institute.
Robert has been qualified as an expert on Real Estate Law at the Ontario Municipal Board and had the rare honour to be a court-appointed Condominium administrator.
Andrew Holford, P.Eng. EXP
Andrew graduated from McMaster School of Engineering in 1993 and brings over 22 years of experience as a professional engineer, and over 30 years of work experience to his current role as Discipline Manager, Building Science for EXP Service Inc. out of their local Cambridge office. In this role, his main goal is to partner with clients, many in the condominium industry, for the purpose of solving their current issue, but to also deliver complete solutions and services that meet their overall needs and objectives in the areas of building science, new construction, building restoration, structural, environmental, geotechnical, condition assessments, reserve fund studies, Bulletin 19's, fire and life safety studies, performance audits and litigation support.
Andrew prides himself on his multi-disciplinary expertise and his collaborative problem-solving skills that have been honed by working across multiple sectors in both the public and private sectors through managing building engineering teams in both Toronto and Cambridge areas.
