Zack McIntyre
Zack McIntyre is an Elevator Specialist in Southwest Ontario with over 22 years in the elevator industry, including 10 years in various management roles.
Certified in Lean Six Sigma (LSSGB) and holding a Class A TSSA Elevating Device Mechanic License, he began his career at 18 with a major North American firm, progressing through positions like GTA operations manager. In 2023, as Director of Business Development for an independent company in Southwestern Ontario, he drove growth through customer-focused strategies.
A member of the Canadian Condominium Institute‘s education committee, Zack educates owners and operators on elevator maintenance, contracts, and upgrades. At Solucore, he optimizes clients’ elevator portfolios for fiscal and operational sustainability.

Abigail Shingler
Abigail is a Source Protection Program Coordinator with the Region of Waterloo. Abigail works with property owners to develop strategies to protect our community’s drinking water sources from pollutants. This work includes Source Protection education and outreach with property owners, consultants, developers, and community members. Abigail has a Master of Science and a Bachelor’s of Environmental Studies in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Waterloo.

Emily Stahl
Emily Stahl is the Manager of Technical Services and Source Water Protection Risk Management Official at the City of Guelph’s Water Utility, where she leads a technical team supporting operations and planning. She also serves as a Director with the Ontario Water Works Association.
Her work focuses on capital program delivery, hydrogeology, water supply management, and source water protection—critical areas given Guelph’s reliance on groundwater. A Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with a Master’s in Water Resources Engineering, Emily brings extensive experience from both government and private consulting sectors.
She has worked across municipalities, conservation authorities, and the private sector, offering deep expertise in integrated water management, stakeholder engagement, and long-term resource planning.
