Kathleen Schrumm
Kathleen is currently the Director of Waterloo Standard CC #417, Woodland Ridge, in Cambridge. This is a complex of 153 bungalow condo units. For over 15 years, she has been a member of condo boards in various positions and a condo owner for over 25 years. She is the Past CCI GRC Education Committee and CCI GRC Board member.

Dushan Divjak
A retired IT project manager, he brings decades of leadership, governance, and operational expertise to the condominium sector. He currently serves as President of the Board of WSCC- 262 in Elora, Ontario, where he resides. His involvement in condominium governance spans back to the mid-1990s, during which he has served on multiple boards in a variety of roles, from Director-at-Large to President, earning a reputation for steady leadership, practical problem- solving, and a deep commitment to community well-being. He holds the ACMO (Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario) certificate from Humber College, equipping him with comprehensive knowledge of condominium law, administration, finance, and building operations. This formal training, combined with extensive hands-on experience, has made him highly proficient in all aspects of condominium management and governance.
Actively engaged in the broader condominium community, he serves on the Communications Committee of CCI-GRC, where he contributes thought leadership through articles and blog posts published for owners, directors, and industry professionals. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors of the same organization in the designated position representing condominium owners, advocating for transparency, education, and responsible governance across the sector.
Through his continued service, he remains dedicated to strengthening condominium communities, promoting best practices, and supporting fellow board members and owners with insight drawn from a lifetime of professional and volunteer leadership.
