Jamie Poodry is one of the VP’s of the Five Rivers Property Management Group, living and working in the Grand River area. She began managing condominium properties in 2011 and achieved her RCM designation from ACMO in 2013, as well as her LCCI in 2024. As part of her role as VP, Jamie enjoys mentoring and supporting fellow staff members, with a special interest in financial management. She is currently a member of the CCI Grand River Chapter Education Committee and is a regular speaker at CCI events. Outside of the office, you can find Jamie outside (or at the rink) with her family.

David Teper is a Fire and Life Safety professional with over a decade of experience in both the construction and service sectors of the fire alarm industry. His background includes managing large-scale construction projects and overseeing preventative maintenance programs. In his current role as an Account Manager at Vintage Fire and Life Safety, David manages key accounts and sales for day-to-day operations.
