CCI is proud to present course 101 – Governance Fundamentals, part of the CCI Condominium Director Certificate Program.
Understanding the legal requirements for condominium governance is important in order to run your condominium smoothly. The relationship between the corporation’s rules, by-laws, declaration, and the Condominium Act must be clearly understood to ensure that decisions being made by the board are legal, consistent, and fair. This course will introduce you to everything you need to know about governance fundamentals and how they impact your condo. It will also introduce students to other legislation that impacts condominiums.
By the end of the course, you will be able to understand the basics of condominium governance. You will also understand the roles of directors and property managers. And you will be one step closer to earning your CCI Condominium Director Certificate.
