Michelle Kelly is a partner at Robson Carpenter LLP. She assists condominiums throughout Ontario with a range of condominium issues. She recently served as a court-appointed administrator for a condominium in Toronto. Michelle previously served as a director for the Grand River, Golden Horseshoe and London chapters of CCI. She enjoys travelling and spends most of her spare time watching her kids play baseball.
Fiona is a member of the condominium litigation practice group at SV Law in Guelph. Fiona represents condominiums in a wide range of disputes before the Superior Court, the CAT, and in mediation and arbitration. In her spare time, Fiona has taken up learning pottery, although her colleagues politely refer to the results as “conversation pieces”.
Liam practices in Cohen Highley’s Multi-Residential Housing Group in London, where he began as an Articling Student. He holds a Juris Doctor from Western University, where he was a top oralist in the Lerner’s Cup and a member of the Wilson Moot team. Before law, Liam studied Creative Writing and Audio Recording Technology and worked in the local music industry. Outside of work, he enjoys producing electronic music, golf, cooking, and time with friends and family.
Jason focuses his practice on condominium law, advising boards and managers on a wide range of matters under the Condominium Act, 1998. He also represents hotel companies on branded developments, bringing expertise in complex ownership structures and stakeholder dynamics. Jason has consulted with the Ontario Government on legislative changes, spoken at industry conferences, and contributed articles and legal education within the condominium sector.
